Shar Jackson. Just too busy, shiny and unfortunately tacky.




Leighton Meester from from "Gossip Girl".The shoulder ruffles just don't work and the fit is wrong.Unfortunately,the dress makes her look much older.



Kim Kardashian from " Keeping up with the Kardashian".
Besides from the body wearing the dress, the dress is out of trend. It doesn't look expensive and the hair doesn't suit her face although she still looks stunning.



Christina Applegate from "Samantha Who". A for Effort, but it's too busy and heavy...

Tommy Hilfiger closes NY Fashion Week on a good note

Tommy Hilfiger was one of my favorite collection. It was a refreshing collection not to mention the models were the hottest lol...! Male and female models struck the runway in nautical and californian looks. Every single item in his collection is wearable and functional both for men and women. It's fashionable yet very pretty and he offered an array of very playful colors and great color combo such as navy/pink,navy/white etc. This time, he took a notch sexier!....Love the mini dresses and evening gowns. Bravo Tommy! Among the celebrities were none other then Taylor Swift sitting on the front row wearing a gorgeous red dress.

MICHAEL KORS: Spring 2010

MR. KORS BEGAN HIS CAREER IN FASHION AT THE AGE OF 19 DESIGNING AND MERCHANDISING A COLLECTION FOR THE RENOWNED BOUTIQUE LOTHAR'S IN NEW YORK CITY. THE SUCCESS OF THESE CLOTHES CAUGHT THE ATTENTION OF THE FASHION PRESS, PROMPTING KORS TO STRIKE OUT ON HIS OWN. IN 1981 THE MICHAEL KORS LABEL WAS FORMED; HIS FIRST WOMEN'S COLLECTION WAS LAUNCHED AT BERGDORF GOODMAN AND SAKS FIFTH AVENUE, AMONG OTHER STORES. SINCE HIS COLLECTION WAS ESTABLISHED, IT HAS NEVER STRAYED FROM KORS' INITIAL VISION OF CHIC, LUXURIOUS AMERICAN SPORTSWEAR.

Michael Kors showed a collection inspired by architectural shapes, very geometrical, asymetrical, with a lot of slits, zigzagging, suits and sleeveless dresses. The collection had a futuristic feel with a lot of metallic and textured prints. His dresses were simple yet edgy and colors remained delectably simple: blue, aqua, lilac, ivory, white, black and silver. A great collection, something expected from Michael.
