September 13th was a magical night in New York City. The SACHIKA TWINS transformed the Metropolitan Pavilion into a magically sea nymph grotto with their presentation “Mermaid Paradise: Dance with the Ocean”. The show was presented by Stoli with sponsorships by VuMee, Poparazzi, Gwyneth Shoes & SWIGCH'D HAIR EXTENSIONS.
The event opened with a tribal African dance performed by Team Ohhh Dance. As the dancers yelled and contoured their bodies to the live drumming they emerged from the audience and pounced on the runway. From this moment very we were all transported to the “Island of SACHIKA”.
The Mermaid Paradise Collection morphed the models into mysterious and beautiful mythological sirens of the deep underworld. The sea princesses’ two toned locks were sponsored SWIGCH'D, a NYC based Premium Human Hair and Lace Wig Collection. The collection was gorgeous each piece was radiant, vibrant, flirty, and sophisticated it epitomized the “SACHIKA WOMAN”.

New York, NY – (September 6, 2011) –Twin celebrity designers To-Tam and To-Nya of SACHIKA present “Mermaid Paradise: Dance with the Ocean” for their third season showing as a part STYLE360 at the Metropolitan Pavilion South (125 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011) on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 6pm.
The September 13th fashion event will feature a wild opening dance to begin the runway show by Team Ohhh Dance and an exciting feature of this season’s show is the live performance by Pop Singer Wynter Gordon. In past seasons, the SACHIKA show has been making waves in the press for showcasing original themes and collaborating with various celebrities and artists.
With the Mermaid Paradise Collection, To-Tam and To-Nya have created a showcase that is inspired from “The Island of SACHIKA” where beautiful mermaids come to the shore at night and come to life. The collection is vibrant, bold and flirtatious, portraying the playful multi-facets of the sea and the island. As a part of the collection, the designers will unveil special dresses inspired by various Stoli Vodka flavors as well as the Oksana, the winning look from the 3 Stoli- inspired dresses competition.
The SACHIKA Twins will host their official after party sponsored by Stoli Vodka at AVENUE night club located at 116 Tenth Avenue to close the STYLE360 September 2011 fashion schedule with a bang.

On Saturday August 13th, To-Tam & To-Nya Sachika took over Los Angeles by storm by producing a Runway Show on the Rooftop of the Entire 1010 Wilshire Rooftop to raise funds for the non-profit Peace Over Violence. The show was oversold with live entertainment sponsored by the Jazz band Jacques Lesure, Recording Artist Terry Dexter & DJ Syncity & delicious hors d'oeuvres provided by Caju Catering. The Show started with an anxious crowd full of celebrities who enjoyed an open bar sponsored by Heineken & Bossard Cognac. Guests left with a smile and gift bags sponsored by Jessie Hair products and LA COLORS makeup & nail products.
Among their many friends and fans, the SACHIKA TWINS also had their fellow twin friends: who came and supported them in...SACHIKA dresses!

The event also marks the launch of the SACHIKA SHOWROOM in LA. Mission accomplished, the SACHIKA TWINS raised thousands and donated everything to the organization. Celebrities in attendance included Vanessa Simmons, Jackie Long, Kristinia Debarge, Terry Dexter, Cassandra Hepburn, Alejangdra G Shoe Designer, Anthony Brawshaw Celebrity Stylist, Karrueche Tran, etc.
