Tracy Reese always attracts the juiciest celebrities. Last season, front row seated were Kim Kardashian, Reegie Bush, Paris Hilton and Nikki Hilton. This seasonm Kim Kardashian is back. Kelly Rowland, Ciara & Keri Hilson were also among the celebrities that attended the show. Reese’s style is unabashedly girly, but made to fit the lifestyles (and bodies) of real women. Beyonce, Eva Longoria, Jessica Simpson, Vanessa Minillo are among her A-List clients. Tracy Reese is a Detroit-born Designer and a graduate of Parsons.
I absolutely loved Tracy Reese's collection! She lived up to my expectations. This season Tracy Reese pulled together a collection that is fun, sexy, bold yet feminine. Her line is the perfect combination between the following contrasts: hard vs soft, print vs solid, geometric vs curvy, simple vs detailed oriented. This is by far one of my favorites collection. It's upbeat and puts a smile on my face! Color palette is delicious: yellow, orange, blues, purples, black, white. She focused on bubbles skirts, short and lots of dresses, bold and feminine dresses and even shorts and a few gorgeous evening dresses. Love the mix matching and the attention to details and embellishments. She also used a lot of embroidery. Fabrics are rich and comfortable. The line can definitely appeal to a wide range of women, all color, all sizes.
To sum up the collection, Tracy Reese the founder and designer of the Tracy Reese collection says:
"To enter spring with a modern and upbeat attitude we used vibrant hues and the combination of architectural shapes and easy folds on drapey materials. A passion fruit surplice frock in a relaxed, draped silhouette with textural embellishment is the perfect piece to kick off the season with a look that is elegant with edge."
