SACHIKA RECIPE1: Seared Tuna Roasted Sesame Lemon Sauce sauteed Mustard Vegetables & Couscous








15 minute Lunch created by your SACHIKA TWINS :)

Ingredients (for 2 pple)
2 Tuna Blue Fin Steaks
Coucous
Sesame
Lemon
Whole grain mustard
Olive Oil
Butter
Garlic
mixed vegetables (red peppers, yellow, green bell peppers)
Onions
Salt/seasoning

Couscous:
Butter
Chicken broth/water
Butter
Boil water/broth, add couscous and butter, cover until soft. Stir
Seared Tuna steak:
Season with salt and multi purpose seasoning
Sear a few minutes on each side until cooked outside but still red inside or to your liking.
Slice thin.

Sauteed Mix Vegetables
Olive oil, caramelized onion
salt & seasoning, garlic

Add mix vegetables already cut in Julien






Add vegetables  to couscous

Tuna Sauce:
Roast sesame grain
add garlic, butter, lemon, salt & pepper

Voila! 15 minutes only
