Serena Williams: FROM TENNIS PHENOM TO STYLE MAVEN!

1999 Tennis match
2012 Vanity Fair Oscar after-party

We can’t forget the infamous Puma black cat suit worn by Serena winning the 2002 U.S. Open.
Over the span of her tennis career, Serena Williams’s style has evolved from fashion newbie to fashion maven! Not only are we congratulating her on her 5th U.S. Open championship win and 17th Grand Slam title, we are giving her a style spotlight! Take a look at the style evolution of Serena Williams.

Pictured with her sister Venus on the right; we’ve all had those moments we wished we could take back. Before her fashion evolution!

Got Milk ad with her sister Venus, showing more her athletic side.

Serena is serving us fashion life in green leopard strapless mini dress!

We’re very pleased with this easy breezy,  yet chic look she’s giving with this blazer and red jeans.

Serena does it again! Giving us nothing but a sophisticated lady in this black knee length Louis Vuitton dress.

Looking strong and sexy for this Vibe magazine spread.

Here in sultry strapless purple mini that accentuates her curves .

Serena with her 5th U.S. Open Championship Trophy!

Serena is a perfect example of a modern SACHIKA woman!

We would like to congratulate Serena on winning another U.S. Open Championship and Grand Slam title, but also for being an empowering model for women. Serena has been a stellar example of a strong woman through not only her talents as an athelet, but her charitable and business endeavors, and we applaud her!

Best and Worst Dressed of the Golden Globes

Best and Worst Dressed of the 2011 Golden Globes

Last night everyone tuned in to view The Golden Globes, not just for the awards, but to view our favorite Hollywood stars walk the red carpet. The night was filled with peaches, blacks and gorgeous greens and our favorite designers including Armani, Versace, and Posen. Though the night had many misses and few hits,  we still managed to  put together a list of our top 5 best  dressed. And of course, what would a list be without the top 5 worst dressed, too.

Top 5 Best Dressed

1.Catherine Zeta- Jones in Monique Lhullier

Catherine Zeta-Jones takes the number one spot with this flawless strapless dark green dress.
She's never looked better!

2. Eva Longoria in Zac Posen

Eva Longoria wears a simple black gown with a fish tail that elongates her figure. Fits her like a glove!

3. Olivia Wilde in Marchesa

Olivia looks like a princess in this sparkling chocolate gown.

4. Anne Hathaway in Armani

Anne Hathaway look stunning in the backless, gold, sequined gown. It shows off her sleek and long silhouette perfectly.

5. January Jones in Versace

January Jones wears red for the first time to match the red carpet, and it's definitely a hit for her. It's simple, flattering, and shows just the right amount of cleavage.

Top 5 Worst Dressed

1.  Helena Bonham Carter

This is so ensemble is wrong in so many ways. Her shoes are two different colors and she's wearing shades. Lets just stop there! Horrific!

2. Gabby Sidibe

Words can't even begin to describe how much of a disaster this is. It looks as if she took a curtain and wrapped it around herself.

3. Tilda Swinton

This isn't Golden Globe material whatsoever. She looks a little scary...:-/

4. Michelle Williams

The floral print on this dress, the cut, almost everything about it is very juvenile. Doesn't do her any justice. Not flattering either.

5. Nicole Kidman

Nicole practically wears a dress that is the same color as she is- white and pasty.
It does nothing for her.

Who do you think rocked the red carpet?
